- Abstract
- 연구문제 또는 목적: 본 연구는 유배우자 여성장애인 임금근로자의 직무만족 영향요인을 파악함으로써 그들의 직무만족 향상에 기여하고 보다 나은 직장 생활 영위를 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구방법: 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원의 ‘2021년 장애인고용패널조사’를 활용하여 2차자료분석을 실시하였으며, 연구대상은 유배우자 여성장애인 임금근로자 200명이다. 연구결과: 가구요인 중결혼생활만족도, 가족의 취업지지 정도, 직장요인 중 근로소득, 근무지 쾌적 여부, 차별경험이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 또는 시사점: 연구결과를 토대로 유배우자 여성장애인임금근로자의 소득보장, 가족지원서비스 및 가족친화제도 활성화, 장애여성친화 편의시설 설치, 근무지 청결유지, 직장 내 장애인 인식개선교육의 질적 개선, 차별에 대한 모니터링 체계 확립의 필요성을 제언하였다
