- Abstract
- 연구는 1인 노인가구의 사회참여와 지역사회 요인이 인지기능에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 개인 및 지역사회 수준의 다층적 자료를 구성하였는데, 즉 개인수준 자료는 2020년 노인실태조사 원자료를 활용하였고, 지역사회수준 자료는 시(도)별 국가통계포털 자료와 2020년 국가정신건강실태조사자료를 혼합하여 사용하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 전국 17개 시(도), 지역사회에 거주하는만 65세 이상의 1인 노인가구 1,921명이며, 다층자료를 활용하여 다층모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기초모형 분석결과, 노인의 인지기능은 지역에 따라 차이가 존재하여, 다층모형 적용이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다층모형 분석결과, 1인가구 노인의 사회참여는 지역사회 심리사회적 자원기관의 수와 상호작용하여 1인가구 노인의 인지기능에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 노인의 인지기능 저하 예방을 위한 사회복지 정책적, 실천적 함의를 논의하였다.
