- Abstract
- 본 연구는 한국 다국적 기업의 선진기술 추구 목적 해외직접투자가 기업의 혁신 성과에 미치는 영향을분석하였다. 통계청의 기업활동조사와 수출입은행의 해외직접투자통계를 결합하여 선진기술 추구 목적의해외직접투자금액이 추가된 기업 패널 데이터를 형성하였고, 고정효과 모형을 이용해 선진기술 추구목적의 해외직접투자가 기업의 혁신 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 선진 기술 추구 목적의해외직접투자는 기업의 혁신 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 이는 단기보다는 장기적으로 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 또한 이 효과는 기업의 지리적 다양성이 클수록 그리고 내부 결합이 강할수록 더강화되는 것으로 나타났다.
