- Abstract
- 본 연구는 통신사업기관의 재해경감활동관리체계에 관한 타당화된 측정도구를 개발하기 위함이다. 선행연구와 통신재난 전문가의 심층인터뷰(FGI:Focus Group Interview)를 통해서 7개 요인에 총 123개의 예비문항을 작성하였다. 작성된 예비문항을 두 차례에 걸쳐 BCMS(Business Continuity Management System) 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시하고 통신전문가 의견 반영을 통해 60개 문항을 선정하였다. 선정된 문항을 11개 주요통신사 종사자 327명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 시행하여, 내용타당도와 신뢰도가 확보된 46개 문항을 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과로 개발된 측정 도구는 재해경감활동관리체계 연구에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
