- Abstract
- 본 연구는 대학생의 SNS중독경향성이 우울에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고. 대학생의 SNS중독경향성과 우울의 관계에서 자기수용의 조절효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 전국의 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 2022년 5월 18일부터 5월 21일까지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 총 305명의 응답자료는 SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 SNS중독경향성은 우울에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 자기수용은 SNS중독경향성과 우울의 관계에서 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 자기수용이 높은 집단보다 낮은 집단에서 SNS중독경향성과 우울의 정적 영향 관계가 더 강한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 대학생의 SNS중독경향성이 우울에 미치는 영향은 자기수용 정도에 따라 차이가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구 결과를 기반으로 대학생의 SNS중독경향성과 우울을 낮추고 자기수용을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개입 및 제도적 지원에 대해 논의하였다.
