- Abstract
- In the present research, with 112 undergraduate students who participated in firm information sessions for job applicant recruitment, we found that career management HR practices enhanced organizational reputation and that this organizational reputation increased the personal information in the job application form provided by job applicants. This suggested the mediating role of organizational reputation. The findings and implications were further discussed in the study. © 2016 International Information Institute.
