- Abstract
- 이 연구의 목적은 초․중등학교의 각 학교 급별 교사들이 인식하는 학교조직문화와 학교조직몰입 하위변인군 간의 다중적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구자료는 서울지역의 초․중등학교 교사 509명으로부터 얻어졌다. 수집된 연구자료의 분석을 위해서는 단순상관분석과 정준상관분석이 활용되었다. 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교조직문화의 성격이 관계지향문화와 혁신지향문화일수록 교사들의 감정몰입과 규범몰입을 유도한다. 둘째, 학교조직문화의 한 종류인 시장지향문화와 학교조직몰입의 한 종류인 근속몰입은 학교조직문화 및 학교조직몰입의 다른 하위 변인들과 유의한 정준상관을 보여주지 않았다. 연구의 시사점 역시 제시되었다.
