영유아교사의 자아상태 수준에 따른 회복탄력성 및 대인관계능력의 차이 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 영유아교사의 회복탄력성 및 대인관계능력 증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 연구로, 영유아교사의 자아상태 수준에 따른 영유아교사의 회복탄력성 및 대인관계능력의 차이를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 서울시 소재 유치원 및 어린이집 교사 203명을 대상으로 자아상태, 회복탄력성, 대인관계능력에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 영유아교사의 자아상태 점수를 빈도분석하여 상하위 두 그룹으로 나눈 후, 집단 별 회복탄력성과 대인관계능력 점수의 차이를 t-test를 통해 검증하였다. 연구 결과 영유아교사의 자아상태 수준에 따른 회복탄력성 및 대인관계능력은 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자아상태 수준과 회복탄력성의 차이에 있어서는 순응적 아동자아상태를 제외한 비판적 부모, 양육적 부모, 자유로운 아동, 순응적 아동자아상태 모두에서 상그룹이 하그룹보다 회복탄력성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 순응적 아동자아상태에서만 하그룹이 상그룹보다 회복탄력성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자아상태 수준과 대인관계능력의 차이에 있어서는 비판적 부모자아상태를 제외한 양육적 부모, 자유로운 아동, 순응적 아동, 성인자아상태에서 그룹 별로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 양육적 부모와 자유로운 아동, 성인자아상태는 상그룹이 하그룹보다 대인관계능력이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 순응적 아동자아상태에서는 하그룹이 상그룹보다 대인관계능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among Infant Teacher's ego-state, resilience, and relationship ability. For the research, Ego-state Inventory, Resilience Inventory, and Relationship Inventory were distributed to kindergarten and day care center teachers who work in Seoul. A total of 203 copies were collected for the analysis. It was revealed that there were significant relationships among Infant Teacher's ego-state, resilience, and relationship ability. First, in the relation between ego-state and resilience, the group of teachers with a high level of CP, NP, FC, AC showed higher scores on the resilience compared to those of the low level. Second, in the relation between ego-state and relationship ability, the group of teachers with a high level of NP, FC, AC? showed higher scores on the relationship ability compared to those of the low level, and the group of teachers with a low level of AC showed higher scores on the relationship ability compared to those of the high level.
