성인학습자의 온라인 동료 피드백 유형이 상호작용 중심성, 노드 유형, 연결망 밀도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

상호작용은 유의미한 온라인 학습을 위해 필수적인 요소로 온라인 과제 수행시 이를 촉진하기 위한 전략으로 중요하다. 온라인 동료 피드백은 학습자들로 하여금 스스로 학습과정에 초점을 두고 학습과제에 대해 동기화하는 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 학습자 간 상호작용을 촉진하여 학습자의 개별과제에 대한 어려움과 부담감을 줄이고, 학업 성취도를 향상시킬 수 있는 전략으로 온라인 동료 피드백 유형이 상호작용 중심성, 노드유형, 연결망 밀도에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 온라인 동료피드백 유형을 인지적 측면의 비판적 피드백과 정의적 측면의 칭찬 피드백으로 나누어 제공한 결과, 인지적 피드백을 제공받은 집단의 상호작용이 중심성, 노드 타입, 밀도에 걸쳐 더 견고하고 강력한 네트워크 양상을 나타냈다. 본 연구결과는 온라인 피드백을 통해 상호작용을 촉진하기 위해서 인지적 피드백을 활용하는 것이 상호작용의 중심성, 노드유형, 연결 관계가 보다 촉진될 수 있다는 점을 시사한다.

Interaction is an essential element for meaningful online learning because it facilitates the online task performance. Online peer feedbacks allows online learners to focus on their learning processes by themselves and motivate themselves toward learning tasks. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of online peer feedbacks as a strategy that facilitate the interaction between learners and learners and decrease the difficulties and burdens in learning individual tasks. The study in particular examine the effects in terms of interaction centrality, node type, and social network density. Two types of feedbacks (cognitive, affective) were provided to experimental groups. Cognitive feedback group showed a more robust centrality, more ordinary types, and more interactions in terms of social networking analysis. The results suggest that cognitive feedback can better prompt social interaction in terms of centrality, connectedness, and relation in an online environment.
