청소년의 이동통신 서비스 사용현황과 신규 데이터서비스 수용 의도 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 데이터서비스를 중심으로 청소년의 이동통신서비스 사용 실태를 분석하고 현재의 이동통신 데이터서비스의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 기술수용모델을 활용하여 신규 데이터서비스의 수용의도를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 청소년의 스마트기기 이용 현황과 문제점 분석을 위한 문헌조사와 설문조사를 실행하였다. 설문조사에서는 현재 고등학교에 재학 중인 100명의 학생을 대상으로, 스마트폰 이용한 이동통신 데이터서비스 현황분석과 신규 데이터서비스에 대한 수용의도를 조사하고 분석하였다. 연구결과 청소년의 신규 데이터서비스 수용과 관련된 기술적 활용에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 없지만 기술의 난이도에는 보안과 관련된 요소가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 이용하여 청소년이 인지하고 있는 스마트폰 사용의 문제점을 해결하고 개선하기 위한 방향성을 제시할 수 있다. 또한, 청소년의 새로운 데이터서비스 기술에 대한 수용과 관련된 요인을 파악하여 차세대 이동통신 서비스 개발 및 활성화를 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we investigated adolescents' mobile communication usage and their adoption intention to the new technology in order to address problems of mobile data services. For this end, we analyzed adolescent’s smart mobile device usage condition and problems using the survey and literature review studies. The survey was conducted for high school students. According to the analysis results, it was turned out that security related factors had a significant effect on technological difficulties, whereas no factors had a significant effect on utilization of technology. As a result, we suggested several strategies to identify and improve current problems of adolescents' mobile data service usage. Also we believe that our research results could be used as a fundamental reference data for development of the next generation mobile data service technologies, especially for adolescent’s data service usage.
