Abstract
본 연구는 ‘흑보석’ 포도의 유핵재배 시 착과량과 과방중 조절에 의한 품질 차이를 비교하여 고품질 과실을 생산하기 위한 적정 착과량을 구명하고자 실시하였다. 목표 생산량을 990m2당 1,500kg, 1,800kg, 2,200kg으로 조절하고 1,800kg 처리구에서는 과방중을 350g, 500g, 700g으로 3등급으로 구분하여 착과하였다. 수확은 ‘거봉’ 품종 숙기 판정용 칼라차트(농촌진흥청)를 기준으로 9등급 이상의 과실을 만개 후 80, 90에 수확하였고 만개 후 100일에는 전량 수확하였다. ‘흑보석’ 포도의 최종 생산량은 목표 생산량 1,800kg의 700g 처리구에서 최종 생산량이 목표 생산량의 75.5%에 불과해 가장 낮았으나 다른 처리구에서는 목표 생산량의 92.1%- 100.1%를 수확하였다. 만개 후 90일까지의 수확률은 착과량을 조절한 처리구 중에서는 목표 생산량 1,500kg 처리구가 83.8%로 가장 높았고, 과방중을 조절한 처리구 중에서는 과방중 350g으로 조절한 처리구가 93.5%로 가장 높았다. ‘흑보석’ 포도는 만개 후 80일에서 90일 사이에 성숙이 빨리 진행되고 그 이후에는 가용성고형물 함량, 산도 등의 차이가 크지 않아 과육 연화를 방지하기 위하여 만개 후 90일 경이 수확 적기로 판단되며 생산량과 과방중 모두 과실의 품질에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 조사되었다. 특히, 착색은 최종 생산량, 경도는 과방중에 더 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 조사되어 최고 품질을 내기 위해서는 생산량을 990m2당 1,500kg으로 맞추거나 또는 1,800kg을 생산하고자 할 경우에는 과방중을 350g으로 조절하는 것이 필요한 것으로 생각되었으며 과방의 크기를 700g으로 크게 하는 것은 어려울 것으로 판단되었다.
This research was conducted to investigate a difference in quality according to control of fruit load and cluster weight when seeded 'Heukboseok' grape was grown in a conventional cultivation system. Clusters per vine were set to harvest 1,500 kg, 1,800 kg, and 2,200 kg grapes per 990 m(2). In plots treated to produce 1,800 kg grapes, clusters were set to 3 grades produce grapes with 350 g, 500 g, and 700 g in cluster weight. Based on color chart (National Institute of Horticultural & Herbal Science, Rural Development Admnistration) which show maturation stage for 'Kyoho' grape, grapes with higher than grade 9 were harvested at 80 and 90 days after full bloom, and the rest of them were harvested at 100 days after full bloom. The final yield of 'Heukboseok' grape was the lowest in target yield of 1,800 kg with 700 g clusters with 75.5% of target yield, but 92.1%-100.1% of target yield were harvested in other treatments. Among treatments with several fruit setting, 83.3% of grapes harvested in treatment to produce 1,500 kg grapes as a target yield at 90 days after full bloom. Among the treatments with different cluster weights, 93.5% grapes were harvested in the treatment with 350 g in cluster weight. 'Heukboseok' grape showed rapid maturation pattern with no significant difference in either soluble solids content or acidity between 90 days from 80 days after full bloom. Therefore, to prevent flesh softening, it is appropriate to harvest fruit at 90 days after full blooms, and both yield and cluster weight were important factors influencing the quality of the fruits in 'Heukboseok grape. It is confirmed that coloring and firmness was influenced by the final yield and weight per cluster, respectively. Therefore, the yield should be set as grape of 1,500 kg per 990 m(2) in target yield, and cluster weight should be adjusted to 350 g to produce grape of 1,800 kg with the fruits of high quality. It is considered to be hard to produce grape of high quality with 700 g in cluster weight in 'Heukboseok' grape.
