공급체인연결과 파트너십 요인간의 관계가공급체인 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 공급체인 연결의 공급자연결, 내부연결, 고객연결 요인, 파트너십의 신뢰, 몰입 요인, 한국 수⋅출입 기업의 공급체인 성과 요인 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 이를 위해서 공급체인관리를 실행하고 있는 131개 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 구조방정식모형(Structural equation model)으로 실증분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 개념적 연구모형을 실증분석을 한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 공급체인의 공급자연결, 고객연결은 파트너십의 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 파트너십의 신뢰는 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 파트너십의 신뢰는 공급체인 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 공급체인 연결의 공급자연결,내부연결, 고객연결, 파트너십의 신뢰, 몰입, 공급체인 성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구결과를 도출하였다. 향후 향후본 연구에서 다루지 못한 기업의 규모에 따라 공급체인 연결이 파트너십에 미치는 영향 관계를 비교하여 분석하는연구가 진행되어야 하겠다.

This paper examines the relationship between the factors such as supplier linkage,internal linkage, custiomer linkage, trust, commitment, and supply chain performance. The study is performed based on the analysis of 131 cases from Korea export and importfirms doing supply chain management through structural equation model. The followingresults were found. First, the supply chain linkage, customer linkage factor positivelyaffects trust factor. Second, the partnership’s trust positively affects the partnership’scommitment factors in the supply chain. Third, the partnership’s trust factors positivelyinfluence on the supply chain performance. This paper draws a conclusion that there exists positive relationship among su0pplierlinkage, internal linkage, customer linkage, trust, commitment, and the supply chainperformance. However, this paper has to develop the model considering effectiveimplementation factors for future works.
