- Abstract
- In this study, we have investigated the AC conductivity and dielectric properties of Ag doped 0.94(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-0.06LiNbO(3) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics by the templated grain growth (TGG) method, employing cubic KNaNbO3 single crystal seeds as templates. The XRD of the sample is analyzed. The real part (E) and imaginary part (E) of relative dielectric permittivity of the sample were measured in a frequency range from 1kHz to 1MHz and in temperature range from 100 to 350 degrees C. The activation energy was calculated and discussed through the Arrehnius law from the AC conductivity.
