Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the influencing factors to the quality of life and the difference factors such as age, gender, and income. To achieve the objectives,this study performed a survey of forced migrants in the Sejong City development area,The analysis of the survey results can be summarized as follows: First, economic conditions of forced migrants had a negative effect on the neighborhood relation and local participation, but the job search had a positive effect on the neighborhood relation and local participation, and the older and male group had a more impact the neighborhood relation and local participation than the young and female group. Second, economic state and local participation had a significant impact on the quality of life, and the job search was mediated by local participation, but the neighborhood relation had no effect on the quality of life. Third, the economic conditions and local participation of the low-income group had a positive impact on the quality of life. In younger age, older age, male, and female groups, the economic conditions had a positive impact on the quality of life, but in high-income groups, there was no factors affecting the quality of life.
