Abstract
이 연구는 우리나라 여성인적자원 개발을 위하여 경력단절 여성들의 감성지능과 고용가능성 간 영향관계와 이 둘 사이에서의 사회 연결망의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석하는데 초점을 두었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울 소재 여성발전센터에서 교육훈련 받고 있는 경력단절 여성 213명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 경력단절 여성의 감성지능이 고용가능성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 사회 연결망의 구성요소 중 다양성은 완전매개효과, 강도는 부분매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 감성지능과 사회 연결망을 고려한 지원체계가 고용가능성에 직접적으로 영향을 준다는 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 따라서 향후 경력단절 여성 지원방안의 개발 및 개선을 위한 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the effective support of career interrupted women by linking emotional intelligence to social network in order to improve career interrupted women's employability. For this, this study focused examining the influential relationship between career interrupted women's emotional intelligence and employability and the mediating effect of social network upon the relationship. 213 career interrupted women who were carrying out activities in women's development centers in Seoul participated in a questionnaire survey. Study findings are as follows: Career interrupted women's emotional intelligence had influence upon their employability. Out of components of social network, diversity had complete mediating effect upon the employability, whereas strength had partial mediating effect upon it. Study findings suggest that designing a support program that takes emotional intelligence and social network into account will have direct influence upon the employability. The study findings can be used as basic data for the studies on the development and improvement of supporting for career interrupted women.
