- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 한국과 중국 유아교사의 교수효능감과 직무만족도를 비교․분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 한국과 중국 국․공립 유치원에 근무하고 있는 유아교사 200명이었다. ‘교수효능감(STEBI)’도구와 ‘직무만족도(ECJSS)’도구를 수정․번안 사용하여 연구자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 연구자료는 t-검증을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 한국과 중국 유아교사의 교수효능감과 전체 직무만족도에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만, 직무만족도 하위요소인 동료관계, 직무자체의 특성, 근무환경, 보수와 승진의 기회 영역에서 한국과 중국 유아교사 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
