Abstract

The purpose of this study is to construct an operating system by restructuring self - motivated physical activities which are presented in a list form by looking at the policy for activating physical activities of general students as a whole. For this purpose, government policy documents related to school physical education and best case studies related to autonomous sports activities were collected and analyzed. As a result, the autonomous physical education activity policy is based on the premise of 'One Person 1 Movement', '7560+', 'Community Linkage and Student Autonomy' and 'Parents and Schools' , And the establishment of a structured operating system by operating an 'integrated linkage of various programs'. In order to do this, we discussed the need for 'effort from the policy operation of the mosaic policy to integration', 'bold policy diligence', and 'policy support for student autonomy and community linkage'. In the future, we emphasized the necessity of establishing a 'master plan' and 'changing policies for field practice' so that autonomous physical activity can lead to lifelong physical activity.
