대학생의 신체만족도와 심리적 행복감 관계에서 자아존중감 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 심리적 행복감에 신체만족도가 자아존중감을 매개로 어떤 영향을 미치는지 매개효과를 분석하는 데에 있다. 연구대상은 서울에 소재한 C 대학교 교양체육 수업을 듣는 남자 121명과 여자 82명 총 203명을 대상으로 편의 표집하여 자료를 수집하였다. 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS Macro PROCESS를 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 신체만족도가 긍정적, 부정적 자아존중감에 미치는 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정적, 부정적 자아존중감이 심리적 행복감에 미치는 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 신체적 만족도가 심리적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 신체 만족도와 심리적 행복감 관계에서 긍정적, 부정적 자아존중감이 부분 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론은 긍정적 자아존중감이 부정적 자아존중감보다 신체만족도와 심리적 행복감의 관계를 좀 더 강하게 부분매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of body satisfaction on Psychological happiness through positive self – esteem and analysis of Mediating Effect of Body Satisfaction on Psychological happiness through Negative Self-Esteem. The data were collected from 203 students who were attending liberal arts physical education classes among seoul c university students. Data were analyzed using SPSS Macro PROCESS to verify the mediating effect. The results of the analysis are as follows. first, the effect of body satisfaction on positive, negitive self – esteem was also significant. Second, the effect of positive, negative self – esteem on psychological happiness was significant. Third, the effect of body satisfaction on psychological happiness, was significant. fourth, body satisfaction and psychological happiness, mediates partially the effects of positive, negative self – esteem. Conclusion, the effects of positive self – esteem more mediates partially the relationship between body satisfaction and psychological happiness than negative self – esteem.
