한국의 혁신을 위한 미래 IT 아젠다 도출

Abstract

지식기반경제의 중요성이 강조된 이후, 각 선진국들은 적극적으로 미래사회를 대비하기 위한 연구를 진행하고 있다. 또한 중국과 인도로 대표되는 BRICs 국가들도 지속적인 연구를 통해 우리나라의 위상을 위협하고 있어 현재 한국은‘포지셔닝 트랩(Positioning Trap)’의 위기에 처해 있다. 이러한 상황을 타개하기 위하여 정부위원회들은 각각의 정책비전과 목표를 제시하고 있으나 이들이 산발적이고도 중첩적으로 제시되어 오히려 혼란이 가중되고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는‘Smart 기반 확산전략’이라는 혁신 전략을 기반으로 10대 미래 IT 아젠다를 도출하였고 이러한 국정과제들을 현명하게 처리할 수 있는 키(key)를 제시하였다.

Alvin Toffler pointed out that knowledge will be the key to success in future. Now we are all in a knowledge based economy and power shift era. Korea is sandwiched in between advanced countries and BRICs. So many committee of Korea try to tide over the critical moment, and present many national problems to be solved. This paper explores the way to overcome Korea's positioning trap and draws 10 future IT agenda.
