기업 규모에 따른 수출기업의원산지제도 관리역량이 원산지 운용 성과에미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

정보화시대인 현재 원산지 개념이 복잡해지고 있다. 공산품의 경우, 생산 공정의 세계화 현상이 전개됨에 따라실제 여러 나라에서 분업이 이루어지는 제품은 더욱 원산지결정이나 판정이 어렵다. 이에 본 연구는 수출을 업(業) 으로 하는 기업을 대상으로 원산지 관련 시스템 운용 능력을 평가하고 향후 기업의 원산지 관리의 방향성을 알아보기 위해 고안되었다. 미국으로 수출하는 국내 수출기업이 한･미 자유무역협정 혜택을 얻기 위해서는 수출품이 반드시 한국에서 만들어진 것이라는 사실을 미국 세관 측에 명확히 증명해야 한다. 즉, 한･미 자유무역협정에서 정한원산지 결정기준을 충족시켜야 하며, 이를 판정하고 입증할 ‘원산지증명서’를 발급해 세관에 제출해야 한다. 그만큼원산지 관련 서류가 중요해진 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업의 원산지관리역량이라는 큰 범주에서 이해도, 시스템, 활용수준을 각각 독립변수로 두고 종속변수인 원산지 성과에 영향을 미치는지 여부를 알아보고자 연구하였다. 또한 기업이 구축한 원산지 관리역량이 기업 규모별로 서로 차이가 있음을 인식하여 이에 대한 실증분석을 조절회귀분석을 통해 분석하고자 하였다.

South Korea can confirm that exports amounted to $ 495.4 billion in 2016, accounting for 32.4 percent of the country`s GDP, which is a very sensitive country for the impact of exports. Moreover, as a country actively engaging in multilateral trade negotiations and actively utilizing international trade, Korea's export companies have become a necessity to manage the country's proof of origin. Therefore, it is the purpose of this study to examine how the nation's export companies operate in relation to their country's origin and examine how their country's origin affects the performance of their country's origin, and how it compares to corporate size. This study obtained the effective sample of 117 parts by deploying questionnaires online and offline for domestic exporters. Through SPSS 22.0, the basic statistics, reliability analysis, factors analysis, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted, and the results are as follows Firstly, understanding and system on origin management competency has positive effects on origin performance. But application level on origin management competency has non-positive effects on origin performance. Second, understanding and system on origin management competency has positive effects on origin performance in terms of firm’s size. But application level on origin management competency has non-positive effects on origin performance in terms of firm’s size.
