- Abstract
- 본 연구는 유치원 및 보육교사로 이원화되어있는 영유아교사 양성체제를 정비하기 위한 방안을 모색하려는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 유치원 및 보육교사 양성체제의 특성과 현황을 살펴보고 문제점을 분석하였다. 영유아교사 양성체제 정비를 위한 모형구안을 위해 선행연구들이 제시한 양성체제 개선방안들을 비판적으로 검토하였다. 이를 기초로 통합적 영유아교사 양성체제 모형을 제시하였다.
