참여형 도시재생사업을 위한 주민 퍼실리테이터 양성과정 수업개선방안에 대한 연구 : M시 사례를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 Jarvis의 촉진적 교수법을 적용한 주민 퍼실리테이터 양성과정 수업운영 개선방안 도출에 두었으며, 실제 M시의 도시재생사업을 위한 주민 퍼실리테이터 양성교육의 적용 결과에 따른 의미 있는 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구의 결론을 요약하면 첫째, 도시재생사업에 참여할 주민 퍼실리테이터 양성교육은 경험학습의 관점에서 자비스의 촉진적 교수법이 유용한 대안이 될 수 있다. 둘째, 주민 퍼실리테이터 양성교육의 목적이 퍼실리테이터에게 필요한 개념 탐색과 태도 변화라는 점에서 교수자의 즉각적인 피드백과 적절한 개입이 수반된 퍼실리테이션 적용 기법이 바람직하다. 셋째, 교수자는 학습자 상호 간의 상호작용을 위한 협동학습을 통해 그들의 다양한 관점을 열어주고 사고를 확장시키는 노력과 함께 학습내용을 반복할 실습 기회를 제공해야 할 것이다. 또한 향후 지방자치단체에서 주도하는 주민참여형 도시재생사업 추진을 위한 주민 퍼실리테이터 양성교육에는 통장, 주민협의체장, 부녀회장, 공무원 등 이해관계자의 참석이 요구되고, 교육 후에는 퍼실리테이터 학습동아리의 활성화 및 현장실습의 체계적, 지속적인 운영 등 지역 주도 교육체계 확립에 대한 시사점을 갖는다.

The purpose of this study is to explore and find improvement of teaching methods that teachers can apply more effectively in the training of citizen facilitator needed for the promotion of the urban regeneration project conducted by the government and the local government. The teaching is based on the facilitative learning model proposed by Jarvis, P. First, the teacher should establish a teaching from an experiential point of view in that it is an adult learner. Second, the facilitative teaching of the teacher is needed. The teacher should move away from the unilateral knowledge delivery method for adult learners to create a suitable learning environment and act as a facilitator in the learner's knowledge structure process. Third, the teacher needs to provide lecture opportunities to learners repeatedly, as well as to open various perspectives to learners and expand their thinking. In addition, the training of residents facilitator who will play an important role in promoting the urban regeneration project by the government or the local autonomous entities includes various persons involved in the grassroots local autonomy such as panel chairman, residents' council, women's chairperson, public servant. After completion of the training, it is necessary to create conditions for continuing and repeated practice of the contents of education through facilitation learning club activities at the local community level have.
