- Abstract

Incoterms allow several elements to be precisely defined the delivery obligations, the risk transfer from the seller to the buyer, the distribution of costs and the responsibility for the transportation documents.
The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of revised trade terms, which are changed by international commercial practice, in particular, the changes of the e-Trade custom.
