우리나라 수출입기업의 공급사슬 리스크 요인별 위험관리 전략 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 우리나라 수출입기업을 대상으로 공급사슬위험요인별 유연성과 민첩성의 위험관리전략의 유효성을 검증함으로써 위험관리전략수립에 시사점을 주는 것을 목적으로 한다. 공급사슬위험 요인으로는 공급, 수요, 운영, 환경위험으로 분류하였고, 공급사슬위험관리 전략은 공급사슬의 유연성과 민첩성 강화로 설정하였다. 국내 수출입기업 실무자를 대상으로 확보한 설문자료 중 156부로 다중회귀분석을 진행하였다. 실증분석결과 공급, 수요, 환경위험은 유연성 및 민첩성 전략 강화에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면 운영위험은 유연성 및 민첩성 전략 강화에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 공급사슬관리 전략으로서 공급사슬의 유연성과 민첩성의 강화는 기업 내부적인 위험감소를 제외한 전체 공급사슬위험에 유효한 수단으로 평가할 수 있다. 따라서 불확실성이 높아지고 공급사슬 위험의 결과가 재앙적인 공급망의 붕괴를 초래할 수 있다는 점을 고려하여 유연성과 민첩성을 강화하는 방안을 수립하여 실천해 나가야 할 것이다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine empirically effective strategies to manage supply chain risk for import and export companies in Korea by Supply Chain Factors. Research design, data, methodology : A research model was constructed to empirically analyze the significance of the relationship between the factors of strengthening flexibility and agility as dependent variables and supply, demand, operation, and environmental risk factors as independent variables. Multiple regression analysis was conducted on 156 copies of the survey data obtained from domestic import and export companies. Results : As a result of analyzing the effect of supply chain risk factors on the supply chain risk management strategies, supply risk, demand risk, and environmental risk had statistically a significant effect on reinforcing flexibility and agility strategies. On the other hand it was analyzed that operational risk did not significantly affect the reinforcement of flexibility and agility strategies of supply chain. Conclusions : The results of this study suggest the use of strategies to strengthen supply chain flexibility or supply chain agility for individual risk factors in order to enhance the competitiveness of supply chain.
