주요산업별 수출거래 특성요인이 대금결제 방식 선택에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 국내 수출업체의 관점에서 대금결제를 선택하는 방식에 관한 연구를 수행하여 설문조사를 통해 도출한 측정요인을 고찰하였고 주요 산업별 특성에 따라 대금결제에 차이가 있는지 살펴보았다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 대금회수에 관한 복합적인 상황에서 수출대금 결제방식이 다르게 나타날 수 있는 요인을 도출하는 것이다. 해당 연구 목적과 함께 산업별로 분류된 집단에서의 수출대금결제 방식에 나타나는 차이점을 도출한 것에서 선행연구와의 차별성이 나타난다. 연구방법으로는 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석과 독립성 검정을 수행하였으며 수출대금에 영향을 미치는 특성요인들을 도출하여 수출대금결제 방식에 미치는 영향이 유의한지 살펴보았다. 측정변수들을 도출하기 위해 탐색 연구(pilot study)와 심층 인터뷰가 수반되었고, 이를 바탕으로 연구 설문지가 작성되었다. 설문배포 대상은 한국무역협회 홈페이지 회원 리스트 및 전문무역상사 리스트, 서울, 경기·수도권, 제주도 등에 있는 국내 수출업체로 하였다. 설문조사 기간은 2020년 3월~2020년 8월까지 약 6개월에 걸쳐 Likert-5점 척도로 시행되었으며 온‧오프라인으로 2,000부를 배포하여 총 210부를 회수하여 실증분석에 활용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 거래 특성으로 대표되는 수출기업의 3가지 특성요인의 객관성을 확보하여 수출대금선택에 미치는 영향 관계를 도출하였으며, 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석과 독립성 검정을 통해 분류된 주요 산업에 있어 수출대금 결제방식에 차이점이 있음을 밝혔다.

Purpose : The main purpose of this study is to draw factors that can be different from export payment method in complex situation of the withdrawal of payment. Research design, data and methodology : This study tried to Logistic Regression Analysis & Chi-square Test on Korea International Trade Association members, domestic exporters in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, and Jeju Island. Results : According to this research, the reason for emphasizing quality of goods, technology, transaction period with buyers and payment efficiency was significant in the selection of price for export. Also, there is a difference in the choice of payment method in consumer goods, basic industrial goods, electronic, and machinery industries based on the Korea Standard Industry Classification table(KSIC). Conclusions : This study is to examine the factors affecting the export transactions by industry in analyzing the payment method differences by the detailed industry according to the Korea Standard Industrial Classification (KSIC).
