대학생 학생선수용 체육진로흥미검사지 개발 및 타당화 검증

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 선행연구를 토대로(유정애, 방신웅, 권형일, 2016) 대학생 학생선수의 체육진로흥미를 측정할 수 있는 체육진로흥미검사지를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도 지역의 대학교 학생선수 268명을 대상으로 편의표본추출법으로 추출하였다. 자료처리를 위해 기술통계 및 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였고 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 수렴타당성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 체육진로흥미는 유능감, 성격, 활동의 3개의 상위요인과 관계형, 탐구형, 창조형, 전략형의 4개 하위요인으로 구조화되었다. 측정모형을 설정하고 일련의 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 3개의 상위요인별로 4개의 하위요인이 각각 구성된총 72문항 척도가 적합성 판정 지수들에서 가장 적절하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 도출한 시사점은 체육진로흥미검사가 대학생 학생선수 검사지로서 신뢰성이 높은 측정도구임이 검증되었다는 것에 의의가있으며, 이를 토대로 대학생 학생선수 체육진로흥미에 대해 구체적인 기준 제시 및 미래의 결과를 예측하는활용방안에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop Sport Career Interest Inventory for collegiate athletes and test the validity. The subject of the study was 268 university students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and convenience sampling method was used for the study. Data was processed with SPSS and AMOS 18.0 and this study tested the validity through reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis. As a result, sport career interest is structured with three factors of competence, personality, and activity with sub-factors of relational, creative, inquiring and strategic type. After setting a measurement model and conducting confirmative factory analysis on the model, 72 question items in three factors were found to be most suitable in goodness-of-fit test. Such result was reviewed and discussed in terms of the significance of the sport career interest test for university student athletes and the implications suggesting to career education in colleges and universities.
