- Abstract
- COVID-19의 확산으로 오프라인으로 제품을 구매하거나 직접적인 서비스 사용을 하지 않는 비대면(Untact) 의 소비방식이 증가하였다. 이에 따라 전자상거래 플랫폼에서 신선식품 시장 사용률이 급증하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 인터넷 및 모바일 등의 전자상거래에서 신선식품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 전자상거래 이용시 고려되는 중요요인과 고객의 쇼핑성향에 대하여 연구하고자 하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 실증분석으로서 T-test를 실시하여 플랫폼, 배송, 가격, 재구매 요인이 전자상거래 플랫폼 접속횟수, 쇼핑빈도 및 성별에따라 차이점이 존재하는 지를 분석하여 전자상거래 신선식품을 이용하는 업계가 고려해야 할 주요 소비층에대해 연구하였다.
본 연구는 다음과 같은 단계에 걸쳐 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, COVID-19로 인한 생활환경 및 소비 변화와이로 인한 전자상거래 시장의 규모 변화에 대하여 조사하고, COVID-19에 따른 전자 상거래 신선식품 시장의변화에 대해 선행연구를 실시하였다. 둘째, 연구모형의 적합도를 검증하고 t-test 검증을 실시한 결과, 전자상거래 접속횟수가 많은 사람의 그룹에 있어 플랫폼, 배송, 가격, 재구매와 같은 전자상거래 활용요인이 더 크게영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 신선식품 쇼핑빈도가 높고 낮은 그룹으로 분류하여 검증한 결과, 플랫폼, 가격, 재구매는 유의한 차이가 있다고 검증되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구에 대한 결론 및 시사점을제시하였다.
Research Purpose: With the spread of COVID-19, the consumption method of untact, which does not purchase products offline or use direct services, has increased and the use rate of the fresh food market in the e-commerce platform has also increased rapidly. Therefore, this study attempted to study important factors considered when using e-commerce and customers' shopping tendencies for consumers who have purchased fresh food in e-commerce.
Research Methods: This study was conducted a survey on major consumers who use e-commerce fresh food.
and also conducted T-test as an empirical analysis to analyze whether platform, delivery, price, and repurchase factors differ.
Research Conclusion: According to the number of e-commerce platform accesses, shopping frequency, and gender, it was found that e-commerce utilization factors such as platform, delivery, price, and repurchase had a greater influence on the group of people with high e-commerce access.
