Abstract
연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 코로나19에 따른 골목상권 상인회 자영업자의 점포 폐업에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 골목상권 지원제도에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구 방법: 이를 위해 “경기도 골목상권 조직화 지원사업”에 참여한 골목상권 305개소 상인회 소속 자영업 점포 중 ‘숙박 및 외식업’ 점포 3,490개 데이터를 가지고 SPSS 22 프로그램을 활용하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 골목상권 자영업 점포특성, 관리비용, 판매방식이 폐업에 미치는 유의성을 분석하였다. 결론 및 제언: 첫째, 운영기간이 길수록, 권리금이 많을수록, 임대료가 높을수록 폐업 가능성이 낮은것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 입지를 보완하는 특화 콘텐츠 개발, 착한임대인 세액공제 확대, 경영 및 기술교육 등이 필요하다. 셋째, 공간적범위 한계를 벗어나는 골목상권 성과연구가 필요하다.
The purpose of this study is to suggest policy implications for the alley commercial area support system in the future through the analysis of the store closures of the self-employed of the alley commercial area merchants association due to COVID-19. For this purpose, logistic regression analysis was performed using the SPSS 22 program with the data of 3,490 'accommodation and restaurant business' self-employed stores belonging to 305 merchants associations in alley commercial areas participating in "Gyeonggi Province Alley Commercial Area Systematization Support Project." This study analyzed the significance of alley commercial area merchant members' store characteristics, management cost, and sales method on closure of business. First, the longer the operating period, the larger the location entitlement worth, and the higher the rent, the lower the likelihood of business closure. Second, it is necessary to develop specialized contents that complement the location, expand tax credits for good lessors, and provide management and technical education. Third, it is necessary to carry out research of the performance of alley commercial area that goes beyond the spatial scope limit.
