Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 긍정심리자본과 진로포부의 관계와 대학학과만족도의 조절 효과를 살펴보는 것으로, 전국 4년제 대학생 1,350명을 대상으로 긍정적 심리자본, 진로포부, 대학학과 만족도에 대한 자기 보고식 온라인 설문조사 자료를 작성하였다. 기술통계 분석 및 신뢰도 분석은 JAMOVI 2.2.0 프로그램을 이용하여 수행하였다. JAMOVI medmod 모듈 ‘Moderation’을 사용하여 긍정심리자본과 진로포부 간의 대학학과만족도의 조절 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 긍정심리자본과 진로포부, 긍정심리자본과 대학학과만족도, 진로포부와 대학학과만족도 간에 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본과 진로포부 사이에서 대학학과만족도는 1학년만 조절 효과를 보였으며, 2~4학년은 조절 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 뿐만 아니라, 2~4학년의 대학학과만족도와 진로포부는 점점 낮아졌다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between positive psychological capital and career aspiration, and the moderating effect of university department satisfaction. For this study, 1,350 four-year university students across the country participated, self-reporting online survey data on positive psychological capital, career aspiration, and satisfaction with university departments. Descriptive statistics analysis and reliability analysis were performed using the JAMOVI 2.2.0 program. The JAMOVI medmod module ‘Moderation’ was used to verify the moderating effect of the academic department satisfaction between positive psychological capital and career aspiration. First, the positive psychological capital of university students was found to have a significant effect on career aspiration. Second, between the positive psychological capital and the career aspiration, the degree of satisfaction with majors was partially adopted. In the relationship between positive psychological capital and career aspiration, college department satisfaction showed a moderating effect only in the first year. However, the 2nd to 4th graders did not show any moderating effect.
