- Abstract
- Well plate based ELISA is one of the most widely used immunoassay techniques for the detection of a target protein. However, this method has some technical limits such as poor signal sensitivity, poor detection limit, large sample consumption, high evaporation rate, and low signal/noise ratio. In this paper, we fabricated a high sensitive pre-patterned micro array chip by using semiconductor process where chips have hydrophilic and hydrophobic patterns on a glass substrate. And we could acquire the high resolution scanning images on the microarray chip with hydrophobic patterning which has low protein adsorption. © 2009 CBMS.
