글로벌 e비즈니스 환경에서 FTA의 경제적 효과와 아웃소싱 간의 관계가 기업의 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

Abstract

최근 글로벌 아웃소싱의 증가와 FTA 체결 및 발효의 확대는 기업의 경쟁력 제공에 중요한 이슈로대두되고 있다. 전 세계 시장의 글로벌화가 진행됨에 따라 기업들은 글로벌 관점에서 기업 활동을 기획 및 실행하고 글로벌 네트워크를 구축하여 경영활동을 수행하고 있다. 또한 FTA를 통하여 관세 철폐와 경제적 효과가 창출되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 수출입 제조기업들을 대상으로FTA의 경제적 효과와 아웃소싱 기업 역량, 아웃소싱 수준의 관계가 기업의 사업성과에 미치는 영향의구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 이를 위해서 우리나라에서 활동하고 있는 121개 수출입 제조기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, AMOS 21.0 통계 패키지를 활용하여 구조방정식모형의 실증분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 가설을 검증한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, FTA의 동태적 효과는 아웃소싱 수준과 기업의 사업성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, FTA 정태적 효과는 아웃소싱 기업 역량에유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 아웃소싱 기업 역량은 아웃소싱 수준과 기업의 사업성과에 유의한 영향을미쳤다. 넷째, 아웃소싱 수준은 기업의 사업성과에 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 국가 간의 FTA 체결로인하여 발생하는 경제적 효과에 대한 실질적인 검증을 수행하였고, FTA 체결에 따라 글로벌 아웃소싱을 수행하는데 중요한 요인들을 도출하였다.

Growth and expansion of the FTA co nclusion and entry into force of the recent global outsourcing has becom e an important issue in the provision of competitive enterprises. Dependin g on the progress of globalization of world markets firms are planning and executing business activities from a global perspective and to build a glob al network to perform management a ctivities. In addition, the elimination of tariffs and economic benefits through the FTA has been created. In this stu dy, we investigate the impact of struc tural relationships on the country of import and export and economic effe cts of the FTA aimed at manufacturin g companies and outsourcing busine sses competency, business results of the relationship between the level of outsourcing companies.
