E-logistics에 대한 국내 연구동향 및 체계분석

Abstract

본 논문은 지난 15년간 이루어졌던 e-logistics 분야의 연구동향 및 체계에 관하여 살펴보고 향후 연구방향 제시를 연구목적으로 하였다. 통상정보연구, e-비즈니스연구, 전자무역연구, 인터넷전자상거래연구, 물류학회지의 학술지에서 e-logistics와 관련된 논문을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 연구방법으로는 내용분석법(content analysis)을 사용하였다. 우선 연구의 구분을 통한 분석으로 e-logistics의 경영과 관련하여 연구가 활발히 이루어 졌다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 다른 학회지에 비해 「인터넷전자상거래연구」가 e-logistics와 관련하여 많은 연구가 진행되었다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구성격의 구분 결과, 실증연구가 전체 연구 중 과반수 이상을 차지한다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 방법론은 설문지를 통한 자료분석과 설문분석이 다수 연구되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 연구가 이론적 접근이나 실증분석을 통한 연구가 대부분을 차지함으로써 정량적 분석이 주류를 이루고 정성적인 연구가 부족한 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 따라서 e-logistics에 관한 연구의 다양성을 위하여 연구 범위를 확장시키고 e-logistics의 중요성을 많은 연구자들에게 인식시킬 수 있는 연구가 많이 이루어 져야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this research is that suggest directions for later researches by analyzing last 15 year’s research trends and system of E-logistics. The study includes E-logistics related research papers which were published in five journals, and for analysis, content analysis is used as a methodology. By analyzing papers, four trends are found. First, E-logistics management related researches were done actively. Second, 「E-commerce research journal」 has published E-logistics related researches more than other journals. Third, most researches are done by empirical studies. Last, questionnaire analysis is largely used as a methodology. These results signify that quantitative analysis is largely used, and only few researches were done by qualitative analysis. For the diversity of researches, therefore, more researches with qualitative analysis should be done.
