Abstract
본 연구에서는 PBL학습법과 Tandem학습법을 적용한 PBL 문화 Tandem수업을 설계하여 운영하고 그 효과와 문제점을 살펴보았다. Tandem 학습법은 글로벌 협업능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 학습모형이고, PBL 학습법은 문제해결 능력 및 사회적응 역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 학습법이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 PBL 한중 문화 Tandem 수업을 총 3 차례 운영하면서 매 수업 모형에서의 문제점을 개선하고 발전시켰으며, 이를 통해 효과적인 학습이 가능한 수업 모형을 설계하고자 하였다. 운영결과 본 수업모형에서는 서로 다른 문화를 가진 학생들이 협력하여 과제를 수행해야하기 때문에 학생들 간에 우호적인 관계를 형성할 수 있도록 하는 것이 가장 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 우호적인 관계가 형성된 후 무임승차가 상대적으로 적어졌고, 수행역량이 부족한 팀원에 대해서도 배려하는 모습을 보임으로써 갈등 상황이 줄어드는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다.
In this study, we designed and operated classes that applied the PBL learning method and Tandem learning method and examined their effects and problems. Tandem learning method is a learning model that can improve global collaboration ability, and PBL learning method is a learning method that can improve problem-solving ability and social adaptation ability. Global collaboration and problem-solving abilities can be said to be the core competencies required of human resources in this era. Accordingly, in this study, we designed an PBL Korean-Chinese cultural tandem class, observed and improved problems through a total of three operations, and designed a class model that enables effective learning. As a result of the operation, it was found that in this class model, it is most important to be able to form friendly relationships among students because students from different cultures must cooperate to perform tasks. After a friendly relationship was formed, free riding was relatively reduced, and it was observed that team members were also considerate of less competent team members.
