- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 정극성 뇌 임펄스전압을 적용한 컨디셔닝이 진공 인터럽터의 교류 방출 전류 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 실험을 통해 컨디셔닝 전·후의 교류 방출 전류의 변화를 관찰하였으며, 전극 표면의 미세 돌기의 변화가 주요 요 인으로 확인되었다. 컨디셔닝은 전극 표면의 미세 돌기를 제거 함으로써 전계 증배 인자를 감소시키고 유효 방출 면적을 증가시키는 효과가 있었다. 이러한 변화는 진공 인터럽터의 전기적 성능 향상에 기여한다.
