Abstract
In this manuscript, the impact of LC branch stray inductance on the failure of Force current oscillation type DCCB has been studied. Its influence on voltage accumulation on LC branch capacitor and phenomenon of energy backflow from LC branch to the pre-charged power unit capacitor have been empirically investigated. Finally, a solution to overcome the impact of LC branch stray inductance through a frequency estimation method is presented.
