- Abstract
- This study demonstrates the characterization of hybrid-type transparent electrodes for touch screen panels, which were fabricated by coating graphene on copper (Cu) meshes via electrophoretic deposition (EPD). The transmittance, reflectance, sheet resistance of the graphene-coated Cu-meshes were characterized and compared with those of the original Cu-meshes. The experimental results indicated that the coating of graphene decreased the reflectance of Cu-meshes with only a slight change in sheet resistance. The reduction of transmittance also occurred due to the coating of graphene, but graphene coating reduced the decrease in the transmittance of Cu-meshes.
