Permeability measurements of various magnetic films by a broad band CPW technique

Abstract

A broad band measurement method for the permeabiliy of thin magnetic films has been recently attracted much attention. In this experiment, a microwave coplanar waveguide method has been used to measure the permeability of various films. As a result, the measurement results were shown to be strongly dependent on the microstructures and shapes of the films.
