다중 미세 공진기 구조에서의 반사율 해석

Abstract

MMC(multiple microcavity)structures are promising as the integrated light sources for photonic integrated circuits. The dependence of the reflectivity on structures and input wavelength are investigated by using plane wave decomposition,modal anlysis, and transfer-matrix method simultaneously. 1.55㎛ DFB-LD with the temperature independent MMC filter is proposed and analyzed.
