Abstract

This paper aims to look into Jeon, Young-Kyoung's Poetry and to inquire into the meaning of his work in 1950's korean poetical circle. He begins to write lyrics, but since the mid-1950s, he start to writing a satirical poem. In this paper, his poetry was analyzed in three ways. first, he accused the negativity of social reality after 'korean war' and the reality of the social reality is satire. Focusing on the postwar social contradictions and creative, he began to satirical poem.. Second, his work shows the characteristics of Prose poem. Prosaic language and 'narrative' that appear in his works are the anti-lyrical poetry characteristics. .His poems created a type of people that represent a variety aspects of the life of the south korea social after korean war .In general, we expect that the poetic effect would originated from poetic language organization and arrangement. However, his poetry deny the poetic language and poetic metaphors and symbols. He denies the reality that it shows an attitude. His work is a mix of characteristics of modernism and realism appears.third, his works are showing the oral speaker that are based on the kordean Classical drama form ,“pan-so-ri" and speakers on Jeon is characterized in the polyphonic voices.
