- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 ARM사에서 Network-on-Chip(NoC)로의 흐름에 따라 제안한 AMBA AXI 기반 SoC를 효율적으로 테스트 할 수 있는 테스트 제어기를 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 AXI를 Test Access Mechanism(TAM)으로 재활용한다. 기존의 테스트 제어기를 효율적으로 변경하여 기존의 테스트 장비와 테스트 방법을 수정하지 않고 적용이 가능하다.
