- Abstract
- The deformed microstructures of Ti-6Al-4V alloys with either equiaxed or Widmanstatten structure processed by equal channel angular pressing at 600degreesC were examined by transmission electron microscopy. It was shown that the slip system and the flow localization were dependent on the initial microstructures, which was discussed in relation with alpha/beta interfaces. (C) 2004 Acta Materialia Inc.
