Abstract
이 연구는 무용전공대학생들의 무용콩쿠르 참가경험이 자기계발 동기와 전공지속활동 의사에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 무용을 전공하는 대학생 365명에게 설문조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 무용콩쿠르 참가 경험의 하위요인인 사회교류감은 2학년이 높고, 자유감은 1학년이 높았으며, 무용경력이 1~5년인 학생이 사회교류감이 높다. 둘째, 무용전공대학생의 무용콩쿠르 참가경험이 자기계발 동기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무용전공대학생의 무용콩쿠르 참가 경험이 전공지속활동 의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 무용전공대학생의 자기계발 동기가 전공지속활동 의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of dance major students' participation in dance competition on self-development motivation and intention to continue their majors. 365 university students majoring in dance were surveyed. The collected data was analyzed to draw the following conclusions. First, social interaction, which is a sub-factor of participation in the dance competition, was high in second grade students, freedom, high in first grade, and students with 1 ~ 5 years of dance experience had high social interaction. Second, dance college students' experience in dance competition had a significant influence on self-development motivation. Third, dance college students' experiences in dance competition had a significant influence on their intention to continue their majors. Fourth, the self-development motivation of dance major students had a significant influence on their intention to continue their majors.
