- Abstract
- In this paper, we design a reference profile to minimize the resonance vibration caused by fast seeking and settling control. Furthermore, we propose a new state space disturbance observer. The proposed disturbance observer augmented the integration of position compensates the offset of constant velocity region as well as the uncertain and unknown bias. The proposed control scheme is validated by the simulation results which show the improvement in performance of spiral servo track writing.
