- Abstract
- This study attempts to explore the factors that cause job spirituality of airline cabin crew and verify the relationship among workplace spirituality, job satisfaction, and work engagement. For this study, a questionnaire was distributed to cabin crew working at domestic airlines, and a total of 246 questionnaire responses were analyzed using SPSS, 22.0, and Amos 21.0 programs. As a result of this study, it was found that economic stability, pride, and easy postpartum, childbirth, and maternity leave had a positive effect on work satisfaction and participation. In particular, the effect was greatest in pride. On the other hand, the hypothesis that employment stability would correlate with work satisfaction was rejected. Through this study, practical implications for improving the service quality of cabin crew with higher workplace spirituality were found, and it has theoretical meaning as a study dealing with the concept of workplace spirituality that was not covered in previous studies.
