- Abstract
- As robotic technology continues to advance, the use of care robots is expanding, raising critical ethical concerns. This study aims to establish ethical indicators and a systematic framework for care robots by employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Through a structured evaluation, the study identifies and prioritizes key ethical considerations in the development and deployment of care robots. The results highlight ensuring human safety as the most critical ethical factor, followed by prohibition of infringement and provision of information on potential risks. The findings underscore the necessity of a well-defined ethical framework that evolves in response to technological advancements and individual needs. By proposing ethical guidelines, this study contributes to the formulation of policies and strategies that promote the responsible and equitable implementation of care robots.
