- Abstract
- 연구목적: 본 연구는 영아교사의 수업계획에서 나타나는 사고대상과 사고유형을 분석하여 영아교사의 수업행동을 이해하고 교수실제 변화를 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구방법: A어린이집 최교사가 8회의 구두보고 과정에 참여하였으며 총 10회 면담이 실시되었다. 구두보고 전사본, 면담 전사본, 교육계획안, 연구자 노트, 현장약기가 수집되었고 수집된 자료는 빈도분석과 질적분석이 실시되었다. 결론: 첫째, 사고발화기법은 영아교사가 자신의 수업 행위를 드러내고 인식하지 못한 문제의 원인을 심층적으로 바라보는 안목을 신장시키기 위해 적절한 방법이 될 수 있으므로 활용되기를 기대한다. 둘째, 안전환경을 조성하는 방법 역시 교사의 동작수업영역이라는 인식을 토대로 한 동작수업계획 및 운영이 필요하다.
