- Abstract
- 대학생의 취업은 학생 본인 뿐 아니라 정부, 학교, 가정 등 다양한 사회적 집단의 이슈이다. 본 연구는 대학생의 자기 효능감이 취업준비 활동이나 성과에 영향을 준다는 경력 자기효능감 이론에 기반을 두고 대학생의 취업지원을 위한 구조화된 경력계획 및 개발 프로그램을 고안하고 그의 효과성을 살펴보았다.연구 결과에 따르면, 본 연구의 경력계획 및 개발 프로그램에 참가한 대학생들은 참가 이전에 비해 경력의사결정 자기효능감과 취업자신감이 향상되었다. 또한 이 프로그램에 참가한 대학생들은 참가하지 않은 대학생들과 비교하여 경력의사결정 자기효능감과 취업자신감이 높았다. 따라서 대학생들의 경력 자기효능감을 높이도록 고안된 구조화된 프로그램은 질 높은 취업지원에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구 결과의 시사점과 미래 연구 및 활용방안을 추가적으로 논의하였다.
