- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 대학생이 아동기에 경험했던 정서적 외상 경험과 정서조절 곤란의 관계에 영향을 미치는 내면화된 수치심의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 남녀 대학생에게 자기보고식 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 검사 도구는 아동기 정서적 외상 질문지, 한국판 정서조절 곤란 척도, 내면화된 수치심 척도를 사용하였다. 최종적으로 256부의 자료가 분석에 사용되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 28.0의 PROCESS MACRO Model.4를 활용하여 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동기 정서적 외상 경험, 정서조절 곤란, 내면화된 수치심의 관계에는 모두 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심은 아동기 정서적 외상 경험과 정서조절 곤란 간의 관계에서 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 대학생 상담에 주는 시사점에 대해서 논의하였다.
