- Abstract
- 연구문제 또는 목적: 본 연구는 발달장애인의 미래계획 수립 수준에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악함으로써 발달장애인의 미래계획 수립 수준을 높일 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구방법: 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원의 ‘2021년 발달장애인의 일과 삶 실태조사’를 활용하여 2차 자료 분석을 실시하였으며, 전체 응답자 중 주 보호자가 부모이고, 발달장애인 당사자의 연령이 만 20세 이상인 경우에 해당하는 1,919명의 응답을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 발달장애인의 연령, 장애유형, 자립의지, 의사결정 주체, 부모의 전반적 삶 만족도, 부모의 건강상태, 월평균 가구 소득, 교육프로그램 참여 경험, 사회참여경험이 발달장애인의 미래계획 수립 수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 또는 시사점: 연구결과를 토대로 조기에 발달장애인의 미래계획 수립이 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하는 공식적인 체계가 필요하며 발달장애인의 당사자에 대한 지원은 물론 사회참여 지원 및 부모를 위한 지원이 함께 이루어져야 함을 제언하였다.
