사회적 기업 인증제도 하에서의 사회적 기업가정신(social entrepreneurship)에 대한 인식프레임 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 현재 사회적 기업을 운영하고 있는 기업가들 중에서 2014년에는 정부 지원을 받았으나,2018년 현재는 지원이 종료된 기업가들을 대상으로 사회적 기업가정신의 구성요소와 제도적 지원이 사회적 기업가정신에 미친 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 패널조사를 통해 2014년 인터뷰에 참여한 기업들을대상으로 재인터뷰를 실시하였다. 심층인터뷰 결과를 토대로 사회적 기업가들의 인식 프레임을 분석하기위해 시멘틱 네트워크 분석 기법이 활용되었다. 분석결과, 두 시기의 사회적 기업가들의 인식 프레임에는상당한 차이가 나타났다. 특히, 정부 지원의 종료는 기업환경의 근본적인 변화를 불러옴으로써 사회적 기업가들의 인식 프레임이 영리기업인의 인식프레임과 유사해지는 결과로 이어졌다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 사회적 기업가 정신이 지속적으로 재구성되며, 기업적 가치와 사회적 가치의 두 차원으로 구성되어 있으며,정부의 제도적 지원이 사회적 기업가 정신에 커다란 영향을 미친다는 중요한 시사점들을 제공하고 있다.

This study attempted to explore the components of social entrepreneurshipand further to investigate the effects of institutional support on socialentrepreneurship. For this, it examined four social enterprises that hadreceived supports from the government in 2014, but terminated in 2018. Through a panel research, two in-depth interviews were conducted with themto collect data repeatedly. Semantic network analysis was employed to explorecognitive frames of those entrepreneurs. The results showed that theircognitive frames differed significantly in the two periods. Specifically, thetermination of government support led to a fundamental change in theenvironment, which affected their cognitive frames on social entrepreneurship. This study provided important implications for social entrepreneurship research.
